NJ Oath Keepers are under attack of NJOHSP

The NJ Chapter of Oath Keepers has been vilified and branded as a domestic terrorist threat to the State of New Jersey.  According to the memorandum posted on the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Prepardness website, the NJ Oath Keepers are "Militia Extremists".

Our response is thus, ​

Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of current and former serving military members, reserves, LEO’s, sheriffs officers, politicians, first responders, security personal, firefighters and other citizens who have taken the oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States. We are a constitution education outreach group to our brothers and sisters who wear the uniform. Our educational outreach is extended to all those who wear the uniform and our state wide meetings have been attended by NJ law enforcement, politicians and sheriffs alike. All of our activities are 100% lawful. A large portion of our membership are veterans who have served this country well.

First and foremost the NJ Oath Keepers only mission is to remind those that are currently serving that the "Oath" is to the Constitution, not the Commander.  We reach, teach and inspire our fellow citizens to learn and understand their role in the self governance process.  We teach that we are not to be ruled over but governed, governed by those that serve at our behest.
